There are two Hot Dip Zinc-coating methods:
a. Batch Type
- The coating will extend the age of steel
- Hard to peeled off
- Giving protection automatically in case of small scratches
- Economical
- Zinc Coating Standard : JIS H 8641, BS 729, ASTM A 53, A123
- Test Standard JIS H.0401
b. Air blown
- Modern galvanization technique using dry method (Air Blown)
- A smooth any uniform Zinc coating
- Automatic withdrawing galvanizing equipment that capable of galvanize steel pipes specified by international standard specifications

System galvanisasi yang digunakan adalah galvanisasi Hot Dip, yang terbagi menjadi 2 metode, yaitu:

- Lapisan akan memperpanjang umur baja
- Tidak mudah terkelupas
- Otomatis memberikan perlindungan apabila terjadi lecet kecil
- Memberikan perlindungan secara menyeluruh
- Biaya cukup ekenomis

b. Air blown
- Teknik Galvanisasi modern dengan dry method
- Lapisan seng yang halos dan seragam
- Peralatan galvanisasi tipe automatic with drawing yang mampu melapisi pipa baja sesuai spesifikasi standar internasiona
