Sesuai dengan Keputusan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan (“RUPST”) tanggal 28 Juni 2024, telah diputuskan antara lain untuk membagikan dividen tunai untuk tahun buku 2023, yang merupakan sekitar 21,2% dari Laba Bersih tahun buku 2023 atau kurang lebih sebesar Rp105.980.111.025,00 atau sebesar Rp15,00 per saham, dengan asumsi jumlah saham yang dikeluarkan Perseroan pada Tanggal Pencatatan (setelah dikurangi Saham Treasury) tidak lebih dari 7.065.340.735 saham.
