Mr. Tedja Sukmana Hudianto was reappointed as the Vice President Director of the Company based on the Deed of Statement of Resolutions of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders No. 41, dated June 28, 2024.

He concurrently serves as a Director at PT Kasih Jatim, an Indonesian real estate development company; PT NAR Stainless Steel Center, an Indonesian steel manufacturing company; and PT Cakra Bhakti Para Putra. Additionally, he holds the position of Commissioner at PT KMF Manufacturing Indonesia, PT Kojima Metal Indonesia, and PT Alam Metal Mercuniaga

He has served as the Vice President Director of PT STEEL PIPE INDUSTRY OF INDONESIA Tbk since 2012. Previously, he built his career at PT Radjin, serving as a Director from 1993 to 1998.
