Mr. Soediarto was reappointed as a Director of the Company based on the Deed of Statement of Resolutions of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders No. 41, dated June 28, 2024.

He concurrently serves as the President Commissioner of PT Saranacentral Bajatama (1993-present). In addition, he serves as a Director at PT Sarana Steel (since 1973), PT Sarana Surya Sakti (since 1972), and PT Nugraha Purnama (since 1970).

He previously served as a Director of PT Radjin Steel Pipe Industry (1972-1996) and PT Indometal Centraltama Industry (1989-2012).
