Mr. Makmur was reappointed as the President Commissioner (Independent) of the Company based on the Deed of Statement of Resolutions of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders No. 41, dated June 28, 2024.

He has served as the President Commissioner and Independent Commissioner of the Company since 2020. Furthermore, he concurrently serves as the President Commissioner of PT Shinhan Sekuritas Indonesia (2019-present) and as an Independent Commissioner of PT Campina Ice Cream Industry (since 2017).

His previous roles include President Director of PT Makinta Securities (2004-2009); Managing Director of PT Makinta Securities (2000-2004); Corporate Finance Director of PT Bhakti Investama Tbk, an Indonesian investment company (1994-1999); and Head of Corporate Finance at PT Bali Securities (1992-1994).
