Mr. Ibnu Susanto was reappointed as the President Director of the Company based on the Deed of Statement of Resolutions of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders No. 41, dated June 28, 2024.

He concurrently serves as the President Commissioner of PT Cakra Bhakti Para Putra (2003-present) and PT Saranacentral Bajatama Tbk (2011-present). Furthermore, he has been the President Commissioner of PT Nugraha Purnama since 2020 and PT Kasih Jatim since 1994. He also holds the position of President Director at Panca Cemerlang Abadi (since 2019), PT Fuji Technology Indonesia (since 2014), PT Ready Indah (since 2011), PT Djawa Indah (since 2008), and PT Sarana Steel (since 1973).

He has served as the President Director of PT STEEL PIPE INDUSTRY OF INDONESIA Tbk from 1980 to the present. Previously, he served as the President Director of PT Radjin from 1972 to 1997, prior to its integration with PT STEEL PIPE INDUSTRY OF INDONESIA Tbk in 1998.
